    How to identify Steering rack mnfg ?

    From what I understand, there are more then a few different steering racks manufactured for our Fox bodies, such as TRW, etc. And, they are not interchangable? How do I tell the difference? Thanks!

    Actually, the boots on the Taylors are not molded on. Just pull and twist and they will come off of the wire. Then you can use a little dielectric grease to slide them back on once you have reinstalled the metal wire-end. But, I know what you mean, I have pulled like 4 of mine off a few...

    I've had that ticket twice, and both times the cop reached down and grabbed the plate to see if it was secure. Which it was, but that's just me. :(

    Yeah, a bit more "swank" then my little beach cottage. My garrage is full of crap but I do have a big driveway, good floor jack and jack stands, no air tools, :( but I do have a freakin big BBQ. :shrug:
