    Cams to accompany headswap

    Whats better more lift or duration? I'm having a hard time finding cams for my Headswapped '98. I keep hearing that this cam will work and this one wont. Then someone else say that one wont work and this one will. So I dont know what cam to get. I'm confused now! :shrug: :shrug: :shrug:

    You can do it at home. It works better if you drop your K-member. There is a write up somewhere here on stangnet. The install shouldnt be very different between the 96-98s and the 99-04s

    I went with a catted x-pipe because of the E-check. So after about a year the damn check engine light comes on and I have to get MILS to shut it off.     So you went with the 270 grind? New springs too right? The VT are a more aggressive spring? I was debating between comp 270's and VT stage II's. I need to look up the numbers on both to better compare them.

    nyuk98gt, how do you like your cams? Also how do you like your Jmod? You have similar mods to me any Idea of what numbers or times you are making? I have a lowly 213hp and 260tq. I'm looking to do some cams, LTs, and an off road mid pipe not sure if I want to stick with an X or switch too an H pipe.

    Help with LCA install

    This might sound dumb. Are you sure you are loosening the nut on the bolt or are you trying to loosen it from the bolt head? The nut should be on the outside(closer to the wheel). I had the wrench on the bolt head and I couldnt get it off so I asked my dad for help and he was like "what the hell...
