    Door alignment

This exactly ^ If the rest checks out adjust the striker but it’s a delicate balance to not have the top out to much or the bottom Or have the door hard to open and close

Maybe way later on. For now -eventually I’d like to get the IW balancer with the 4 magnets and the double key way. Run the crank sensor on its own for better rpm resolution and just use my distributor as a cam sync

Coming on here got me slightly inspired again. Heads are back on with 4 fresh valves + fresh valve job , fresh cometics and the innovators pointer. The pointer also doubles as a crank sensor mount for later on ;)

Also after years of going back and fourth , I finally picked up a Moore race chassis 8.50 cert. Had the harness bar sloped so the seats will still recline a little bit, the door bars are bent for the arm rests. Will be getting swing outs as well. Nothing else on the car is really going to...

The pin actually fits Perfectly back into the gear as it should and is the right length so I’m not sure what the was the story here. 5 years it’s been like that. I did get the cam back in time- I replaced the whole setup with the correct arp bolt. The heads are fixed - they needed 4 new valves...

Kurt I’m coming up on almost 9 years with my Holley in my coupe - it is an hp though. Other personal friends of mine longer than that. This forum definitely is heavy on using the ms stuff which was why I made my statement. While I don’t agree with holleys business practices these days on most...

95 percent of the terminator x issues are user install issues. Period. I’ve done 6 term x cars. I’ve had one failure and that was one car that sat outside while we were stripping for paint and unknown to us the seam sealer rotted at the kick panel behind the fender -water got in and got the ac...

Last week I decided to throw another head gasket in effort to get that to stop. Put the car together fire it up take it for a ride and...

Yes sir this was his actual car , so I have been picking away at it. Now it just needs a 496-540 inch big block and vintage air but it drives amazing otherwise. The 4l80e was a game changer

Got my 66 finished up in August and did a shake down with it. Took it and completed hot rod drag week with the little .30 over 396 that went 12.96 at 104.7 at 4045lbs. Had a blast. Got the mustang back out last week and cleaned up to have some fun with it. Haven’t touched it since I put motor...

Spent most of the summer finishing my dad’s 66 Chevy after I did a lifter , head gasket , and intake swap on the mustang. Took the 66 and completed hot rod drag week and got to meet Jeff Sias who still pops on here from time to time. Got the coupe out last week and cleaned it all up

Anyone purchase/install the LMR R-134a conversion kit?

Little bit of a pain . Little bending , little bit of adding some rubber to get it tighter and it works

Might have to get a Dart block but don't want to and if I do, then 363 instead of 331. Thoughts on what I've already bought so far.......

In my opinion the cam is soooo important. You have to decide what you want to focus on and have it spec for that Give up some power for drivability or vise versa but you can have both - to a degree anyway
