    Let's talk tires

    I'm on my second set of gforce T/A's and i love them. Their a little pricy but BFG makes the best tire IMO. I'm about to by a set of AT KO's for my jeep.

    Maryland guys...

    They're pretty reasonable. All i've gotten from them is a lugnut/locker set, some wiring and misc fittings. My buddy got an SCT tuner for his powerstroke from them with 3 custom settings for $350, which he said was the cheapest he found. btw, Laurel is about 40 mins from Mt. Airy.

    Trans and Diff. fluid change

    Hey guys, i'm looking to change the fluid in my t5 and differential soon because it hasn't been done in at least 100k miles. I'm guessing 75-140 for the diff, but how much will i need? What kind of fluid and how much will the trans take? thanks

    Awesome dude, nice find. A friend of mine had an '03 gsxr1000 but sold it because it was "scary fast". My mom and dad each have harleys so i've been riding them all year but i want a sport bike so bad! A CBR will probably be the first thing i buy once I'm finished college.

    Electric water temp gauge hookup

    Fixed it! the signal wire wasn't connected to the sender on the manifold correctly. Switched the location of the wire and the washer and it works perfectly. Thanks for the help everyone.

    Thanks for the quick replies fellas. The gauges are going in an A-pillar pod. Where is the sending unit for the oil temp? Or is there not one because oil temp isn't displayed on the stock cluster?

    Help- need a daily driver

    my dd is an '00 cherokee sport. I'd recommend jeeps to anybody. solid as a rock, gets about 20mpg highway, comfortable and has pretty good power (4.0L). I saw countless pre-97 cherokees for sale under 3k last winter when i was in the market.

    Running without rear brakes.

    I drove my car from my house to the dealership where my dad works (6mi) with no rear brakes. pretty sketchy...wouldn't recommend doing it.

    Scooters...

    My friend just bought a 50cc 4 stroke scooter from pepboys for 600 bucks. It'll do about 45 and gets like 110 miles on a tank that costs 7 bucks to fill. I've seen hopped up 2 strokes that'll do highway speeds...thats what I'd look into if you're set on a scooter.

    Where to by smoked cobra headlights?

    The Blue Oval headlight set is great, i've been running their smoked headlights/corners for about a year now and no complaints. You will need brighter bulbs than stock (i'm running silverstars) because it was borderline unsafe to drive at night with standard bulbs.

    To cobra clone or not?

    yeah i agree about not doing emblems or logos. I put a cobra front bumper on mine and plan to get a Cobra R hood, but i'm keeping all the GT emblems and rear bumper. It would be pretty expensive to make a 100% accurate cobra clone (unless you found a good donor car somewhere)...you'd need a new...
