    sounds like the spout connector is out! Did you mess with the timing because thats exactly how mine did when I forgot to put it back in after the head and intake install. Might check to be sure the fireing order is correct as well.

    It could be the 700mm throttle body thats just a little too big for your application, A 650mm would be perfect J/K :D :banana: I think most have to replace the oil filler cap with an open filter so the pressure can be vented. Good luck.

    strong magnet might get it out? can you actually see the broken off portion of the key in the switch? might try some sort of epoxy on the part of the key you have and try to get the remaining piece out.
