    well the oil change and the normal fluid checks and fills are 20 bucks, thats what i'm getting done. how hard is the fuel filter to do myself without getting covered in gas? the suspension has a nice squeak already, I'll probably try to get it warranty fixed.

I know he's a Ford Engineer, blah blah blah, but if its that simple to make these trannys stronger why didn't ford build them like that, or why doesnt he either offer them pre-drilled out to the new size, or why hasn't B&M, etc picked up on it... The shift kit I bought...

    i launch mine at about 1000 rpms... just light gas pedal pressure while holding the brake. worked best out of anything I tried.

    whats a really good 60' on stock goodyears?

    wish i knew mine.. the damn 60' light was broken on one lane. of course it was the lane i was running better 1/4 times in. :rolleyes: In the other lane it was a 2.2, but that was a crappy run of 15.1. Best run of the night was a 14.5, no idea what the 60' was though :(
