    the Volvo head on a NA 2.3 would be light years ahead of a ported iron head. i know i know wheres the proof. wheel the flow alone rivals the ARCA head up to 400 lift and with porting im sure the ARCA will be barely ahead. not to mention as is it (the Volvo) has better low end flow totaly stock...

    Nice looking, im just not a fan of the tach on the dash deal...I have Sport comps in my other toys but had to try the Nexus in the SVO. Beautiful acurate and Data logging make them awesome for tuning.......Hal and this is of the SportComps in my other toy

    welll the fans were for my Water cooled intercooler, i have since installed a front water cooler and done waway with the silly looking fen setup..haha.... the Volvo head will go in the SVO nextweek sometime..i have the compressorhousings and a few other parts getting powdercoated and just...

    how many HP can a 2.3L turbo engine make ?

    Johns car uses the SVO (aftermarket) Talldeck block, adn Esslinger 2.8 stroker kit...i wouldnt compare it to a normal 2.3 but Joe Morgan if i recall in a few talks we had said he did over 700hp on a stock block, i know the blocks and cranks will take it but the rods come apart at high power...

    Thanks for posting the pics..LMAO...well the Volvo head engine will run normal twin turbos...i have the new T28 BB turbos in now and will have them in the car by Sun....im waiting on a few parts to finish the ointak and ill be driving it.... The Alum head engine is a 2.8 Stroker with ARCA...

    dont let my mess fool you...drop the head off at a machine shop that can weld, show them pics from the Yahoo Volvo head site,have the weld, do the valve job, and resurface the head ( not in that exact order lol) you can fab a sinple intake and header for a single turbo...and swap it on just...

    The turbos are just like a normal twin set up, I use cyls 1-4 for one and 2-3 for the other turbo...They fed into one 3" pipe then into the water IC i run...I dont have the intake Flange yet but when i get it here ill make the intake and show pics of it...That and the two new T28 turbos are all...
