    Rod bearing, you can check those by removing the oil pan, but the engine needs to be supported and engine mounts removed.

    Many parts are gonna tick. Injectors tick, the lifters tick. If you can hear the rattle in the cab, throw out bearing. I heard my timing chain in the cab as well, but you said bell housing. Nothing to worry about in my opinion.
