    Another update, Machine shop is slowwww on the spacers for running a 2.75 Molnar crank in the 351 block. Apparently the conversation bearings are out of stock, so he is using a Cleavland race bearing, has to cut the adapter for that bearing tang which is different then the conversion bearing...

    Shoot! Yeah it was tight between the strut towers but the closes interference was at the frame rail itself. I was hoping with the engine being taller it would be further away since it would be in the tapered area. Thanks for the replys! Scott

    Looking to confirm compatibility. These were on my 302 they are 1-3/4 to 1-7/8. Will these fit my 351 that I am building now? I am using the same heads, AFR's. As you can see they hang low hence the added skid plates. Would really like to use these on my 351 build.

    Well I have 2 blocks unless dad sells the 351 on me... I picked up a 1978 302 std bore. Sending it to the machine shop to be burned, shot peened and magnefluxed. The alternative is to build the 351 to about 370-380cid, I don't have to convert to one piece rear main. I will have to buy another...

    Yeah I did the notching and swapping and never installed those "bandaid" anti piss and moan brackets. Never noticed a noise during braking although my car is far from quiet... especially since it has team Z upper and lowers there is no ISO bushings.
