    If the pump is running continuously with key on to prime then I would pull your ecm and check for leaking caps

    The problem is either the A arms or the spindles. Also the k member a arm mounting points aren't the same across the board so that maybe contributing to the issue as well. I personally would swap out the spindles to 94/95 spindles and see where your at there. It's the cheapest and easist part...

    The Derale PWM controllers are actually DCC controllers that were widely used and loved years ago.. They partnered with Brian Baskin a few years back so they would be a solid choice

    If it doesn't have an EGR then it doesn't need the spacer between the intake and throttle body. Some people have issues with the throttle linkage so they still run the egr spacer with a block off plate but if it's been working good without the spacer just leave it

    If I was you, I would treat your daughter to something good because she saved you a ton of head scratching and stress.. Jingle each individual wire in that harness to the ecm until you find the culprit if you can't visually see the problem easily

    yeah sounds like whoever did the valve covers did not account for the power pipe etc, You can buy some rubber grommets for the two wholes with the breathers and pop an fittings in, run the lines to a catch can and block off the pcv valve spot and be good other than the whole fill tube deal...

    If your using a pcv valve still you want to keep the system closed. That filter on the oil filler tube in the picture looks like a solid vacuum leak to me man. If your going to run breathers on the valve covers you need to remove the pcv valve and plug it's whole in the lower intake. Best...

    I know the instructions say to toss one .48" and .24" under the spherical bearing and then one of each on top as well but perhaps the manufacture of your struts has more thread portion than other brands thus requiring that .24" on top to be moved to underneath the spherical bearing?
