coustom bumper

Hello,I own a 1996 Mustang GT. I was wondering if anyone has installed a Duraflex Cobra r style front bumper on the same model as my car,and if so is it easy to install like the stock bumper,or will I need a professional? Also will I have to make permanent adjustments to my car or to the bumper...
