power problems

I have a 04 mustang gt. When I'm at low rpms, there's no power like there use to be. It doesn't snap anymore. But the second I hit about 3000rpm, you feel the power come in and it finally puts you back in your seat. I have replaced spark plugs and coil packs. Everythings plugged in also. I'm...
