the only 4v DOHC engine in 2000 was the Cobra R. It was the only production cobra in 2000. And its a 5.4L 4v DOHC . But if you have a *4.6L* 4v DOHC...then its probably a 99 or a 2001. This kinda doesn't relate to your question...just tellin ya though. Goodluck with the swap
Yeah good luck. I'm putting a 02 2V motor into a 96. I am having so crazy issues nothing too big but problems none the less. And seeing that you are going from 2V to 4V you have to change out harnesses so you might have a better time at it than me. Have fun.
