i have a 2001 bullit when i open up the throttle in idle it makes a wheezing sound then the rpms go down and it wants to die on me unless i give it gas

Well i do have a stock throttle body and i have cleaned the iac valve but when i throttle it it makes this really loud wheezing huming sound that seems to come from the air intake area. i have to throttle it again so the sound will go away
