I can't remember the recommended interval off the top of my head but its in the owner's manual. If you do not have one you can get a PDF copy at Ford Motor Company: Cars, Trucks, SUVs, Hybrids, Parts - Ford. You will have to provide your vin and create a login to download it though.
Also, the coolant flush on that car is extremely challenging, I would not recommend DIY.
