the reason im asking is because i was just recently is a wreck and my stock bumper was destroyed so im going to upgrade.

Yes it will. It takes some adjustments to get your stock hood to work. This has been discussed before, but its been awhile back.

It can be done but you will have to shift it around Its not a strait up perfect fit but I have seen it done You could just get the cobra cowl hood and you will have no problems

there was no 00 cobra but there is a 99/01 and i was orginally going to put this one on until i found out it cost 150$ more than an 03 cobra bumper

Corral had thread about this. basically, yes it will fit. And infamous hood fitment issue - turned out to be what takes about 1/2 min to fix.

I'll be replacing my Bumper cover this summer with 03 Cobra now that FRPP has it for $399

In late model mustang resto they say you need the Cobra hood also.

yes, if your going to use stock mountingt location. you need to drill new hole to pull the bumper up a bit, then it'll fit
