Las Friday

for those of you that showed up at the q on Friday I blew the clutch on my first pass. I am pretty pissed because this was a new clutch with omly 1300 highway miles I am going to open up the clutch sometime today and see what broke. I am soory that I did not hang out Friday and get to say hello.

We were wondering, we thought that you had done your useual 10 passes by 7m and then just bailed on us.
That sucks about the clutch.

I am tired of this **** with the clutch. I amk going to put a Spec 3 clutch this time

I just dropped the car off at DPR for Greg to open it up and see W.T.F. happened.

Hey Fred, I was talking to Shawn at one point in the evening and I heard that your clutch broke on you

Suppose I should have passed the word, but nobody asked so...

its cool that you did not make it over, its understood. Are you going to make the mountain cruise? Might be good break in for the 05

Also, what kind of clutch are you running that is given you problems?

I'm sorry that I did not hang out on Friday I was really pissed and I wanted to get the car home. I was using a King Cobra dual friction clutch from Southland Clutch. I just bought a Spec 3 clutch witha new billet steel flywheel from Spec. I should have it by Friday.

I had the same problem with the King Cobra clutch, so I went with a dual friction Centerforce. WOW what a big difference . You'll notice it with the SPEC too

Thanks Pierre
I had to by a Tremecc tranny this morning My T-5 would not have lived at the track next time out. I hope to have enough miles on the clutch to race at the Q next week.
