don't think 100 mph is possible without more mods like 3.73 gears and slicks. also need to reduce weight as much as possible. my '88 GT AOD ran in mid 90's with 2.73's but wouldn't go to 100 mph until I changed the gears and had good air at track (temps in 70's, humidity in 40's, barometer 30.29") if this is first time at the track, just relax and have some fun. with the 2.73's you probably won't need 4th gear if you wind out at 5,800 in the first three, but you will have to be the judge of that. once you get some practice, the times and speeds will improve as you get more comfortable. good luck and keep us posted on the results.
