Would this work for a tweecer if you were to install windows instead of linux?

I would think that would be plenty for tweecer use.

You may want to increase the RAM, but it won't be required...

There may be 'PC Requirements' listed on the tweecer site???

You can find Dell C610s on Ebay for under $200. That is what I bought for my Tweecer....and ended up using it for daily use as well. As a matter of fact, I am posting this from my patio, on the net with a wireless card. Works great for every use, and you can't beat the price.

Google these laptops, they appear to be a scam.

Yeah, that's the impression I got. I ended up getting a Toshiba Satellite from Best Buy for $400.
