its a 4.2 debored 5.0L its a v8 car.

This may sound stupid but...

I wouldn't destroy or dispose of any of the old parts including emissions parts. There will come a day, not too far into the future, where there will be people looking for those "lame" parts to restore a Mustang that someone else hacked up. That tiny V-8 is rare and will bring a pretty penny one day to Mustang collectors.

eh you might be right. honestly I will just end up giving away the engine though and will be keeping all the 4 eye pieces so I can sell them. With going back to school and living in an apartment I dont have a lot of space to keep **** in.

Eh, they said the same thing back in the day when the straight sixes came in the first Mustangs. Look at them now.

The engine itself probably won't be worth much, but in a mint condition original car it'll be a diamond in the rough.
