Fox 1987 5.0 Ho Main Cap Torque

Can anyone tell me what he proper torque is for the main caps on a 5.0 HO?

Almost all of what I can find seems to say 60-70 ft/lbs however I have a rebuild book called "How to Rebuild the Small-Block Ford (George Reid SA102)"

On page 106 it says the main caps are torqued to 60-70 ft/lbs
On page 138 it says the main caps should be torqued to 105ft/lbs for the 351W and 302HO.

I cannot seem to find the 105 ft/lbs for the 5.0HO anywhere else so I'm wondering if that's a typo.

Does anyone know for certain?

I'm thinking 60-70ft/lbs is the one.
If I'm on it hard and something comes loose on the bottom end I guess I'll know different.
I appreciate you chiming in.
