Let me know your thoughts on the value of my 1992 Foxbody. Here are the details.
  • black on black on black
  • bought the car with 41k miles in 2015
  • currently has 44k original miles
  • 3rd owner
  • have the names and copies of the titles from the previous owners
  • unmolested
  • still has the original spark plug wires dated 1992
  • still has the intake baffle that everyone took off back in the day
  • according to the Marti report, they only made 68 black/black/black 5.0 manual convertibles in 1992

That is a beautiful car.
Thank you. Someone offered me $22k the other day but I think its worth more. Obviously there really no way to come up with an actual number. It all depends on how desperate or not desperate I am to sell it, or how much the buyer is willing to pay for it. Just by seeing the cars that are sold online, I think if I were to sell it in today's market, $25k - $30k sounds like a reasonable range. Thoughts?

I’ve been out of the pricing loop for a long time. I did learn in a sales class many years ago that a fair price is any price a buyer and a seller agree to. With that low milage and excellent condition I’d say that you are, pardon the pun, in the driver’s seat.... eventually someone will just have to have it.
