I bought a 97 mustang gt a few weeks ago and i got it to run once but now it will start for 2-3 seconds if the key is off then back on, will not start again if i crank after it dies without turning it back off. I replaced the fuel pump, ccrm, and pump was wired to a switch, i have spark while cranking. Whenever i turn the key on the anti-theft light never appears and theres no codes that i can read. Is it a PATS issue or something else?

Air fuel and spark. Have you hooked up a scan tool to make sure the cam/crank sensors are picking up? How does it sound when it does start? Smooth ish or rough?
It runs great for the few seconds it does then it just dies like it stopped getting fuel. I dont have access to a scan tool to read cam and crank sensors but i drove it around the one time it did run.

I tested it before the switch and it would run at 30 some psi but then once it dies it would drop down to like 10-20, thus i assumed it was pump not getting proper voltage bc it would stay at 6 volts at the pump connector. And i did check the pressure regulator and i didnt see or smell fuel
