Well I said I'd do it, and I did.. the results were about what I expected, considering my car is an automatic with no mods besides Flowmasters, cold air intake, and throttle body spacer. Here's the short version of the dyno and 1/4 mile:

peak HP=129 peak torque=190 1/4=16.8@83mph

This is my "before" run, I'll have an "after" one someday when I have a new engine put in, or rebuild the one I have. I haven't decided yet. Overall, I guess it's not too bad, since all I did on the 1/4 mile was sit there waiting for the green, then floor it.. no heating the tires, no moving the shifter back and forth, although I did leave the spare and jack at home and race on less than 1/4 tank. Even though my car was the slowest one at the track, it was fun.. that was my first trip down the 1/4 mile.
OK, so if anyone cares, here's the long version of the dyno results and the 1/4 mile timeslip.

1/4 mile timeslip
R/T=1.112
60'=2.537
330=7.141
1/8=10.904@65.87
1000=14.114
1/4=16.819@83.00

That's really not that bad, considering the very small amount of mods that you have, most pre 99 auto's will run in the 17's sometimes. I understand the grief of a pre 99 auto V6. But with some work you can get it into the 15's which at that point will be alot more fun of a car. The best thing you can do right now is get a T-Lok with 3.73 or 4.10 gears. This is by FAR the best mod for a V6.

Yeah, I was thinking gears and T-lock too.. if I ever replace the engine after this one goes, then those mods will help the new engine too. I gotta wait on that for a little while; my job is being outsourced in August so I'll be out on the job market soon. I'm putting the brakes on my spending until that's sorted out.
I did notice that my torque seems to come on early and stay pretty constant until right around 4000 rpm's. Maybe my car has gotten used to 7 years of jackrabbit starts from stoplights?? ..it knows what I want..
