ok so my battery gauge while in park rets at the r in normal but when i put it in gear the needle drops to o and n if headlights are on? is my alternator bad? and im getting alot of blow by oil in my cai tube as well as my airfilter and throttle body. what does that mean? ok one more every time it shiftd when im sh**t gittin on it the belt slips. replaced belt and idler and checked the tensioner all ok ? confused and frustrated. HELP
