Whenever I have my Heater set on Defrost or Mix it causes the motor to randomly drop idle as well as a random loss of power, If I use the Floor setting this doesn't happen. Is this normal behavior? Thanks.
defrost uses the A/C condenser. conditioned air is very dry, when you are drying to de-fog the front windows you dont want moist air blowing on it. moisture is what you are trying to off the windows.
Well that makes sense, My previous 95 Saturn didnt do this so I just wanted to make sure it was normal, then again the Saturn's heater was pretty weak overall (it works 10x better in the Mustang) , Thanks for the quick replies.
