Check the center console grounds and fuses

Check fuse F2.21(5a), F2.34(20a), F2.5(15a), and F2.37(5a) in the Central Junction Box (CJB). However, not a bad idea to check all of the fuses.

Have you done any recent audio work? Do you have a big sound system?

The cluster shares the grounds with the radio and other devices around the center console. Check the grounds to see if loose, disconnected, over loaded, burnt, or anything effecting the quality of the connection.

Fuses usually blow for a reason. However, isn't the first order to find out IF the fuse is BLOWN. Next find out WHY it blew?

Since you stated that you did work on the cluster, is it possible the two are related? Did you remove the battery negative when you did the work? If not, you could have created a temporary short and blew it then.

Also possible that something was damaged during the repair.

Someone out in Internet land can't possible tell you if replacing a fuse will fix your problem without knowing why the fuse blew in the first place. It's time to drag out the tools and start trouble shooting.

I had all my dash lights and AC lights go out once, all I did was check the fuses one by one and I found a blown fuse. I replaced it and I was happy again.

If the fuses are all good, then check the resistor in the headlight switch. This was my issue when I had no dash lights.
