2001 oem COBRA mufflers dumps

hey thinking about these for a temporary fix since all i have is a mac x pipe and i also don't have 300+ for a catback since i have just a hair under a 1k into my bolt on combo.Just was wondering if they would be supper quite though........ and looking for opinoins not sure cause that is 60.00 towards a new catback, otherwise getting the word out(not affliated or meanign to advertise) basically just wanting to know if its a good iear

Not a good idea. Save your money for what you want. Super quiet.

I had longtubes a 3" h pipe and stock catback, and it sounded little more throaty at idle, and at wot would blow your ears out, it was ****ing loud, I dont know why but it was..

The 01 cobra catback probably won't work very well. The sn95 cars are longer so the distance between the muffler and the catback is where they made up the difference. You will probably have to shorten that tube. Another thing is that since the 01 had IRS none of the factory mounting locations will line up. If you have a welder it probably won't be a big deal for you but if you were looking for something quick and dirty to get you by, there are better options. Just save your money for what you want. There is nothing worse than trying to compromise and end up buying things twice.

well, yah i actually dont think i have even 60 bucks to blow.....
i still need new plugs,some misc hoses and vac hoses, and a thermostat 180*...........
