Hello everyone
I have had my 2002 mustang for about 9 years now and the convertible top has started to leak near the rear glass. Last year i had the glass resealed because it actually began to come apart from the vinyl top but that hasnt stopped the leak so i just put epoxy around the corner where the two pieces of vinyl overlap. This all happened last year in the fall so the top wasnt going up and down at all. Now that the summer has been going on and the top has been up and down a few times it has started to leak again except now on both sides. i have noticed some dry rot along the piece of rubber that connects the top to what im guessing is the back of the trunk but i could be wrong as most of it is covered by the black trim around the back of the car. Can someone please tell me what to do as i cannot take it to a professional to replace the top.
