I was curious if it is possible to remove the Mach 460 Unit and install a Kenwood DDX7015 LCD panel in it's place (it's a double-din). Is the Mach 460 a double-din or a 1.5 din sized radio? Any help is appreciated...

In my mustang the Mach system was two single din units...there is no way you could have put a double-din into it.

Also you may have a problem with the Mach system working with a new head unit. Talk to a local installer/dealer for advise before you buy.

The 2004 Mustang I was looking at had a single unit, but I don't think it's big enough for a double-din unit. Oh well I guess I could always go with a flip-out unit...

Have you tried asking crutchfield.com? They usually have all the specs.
