Madhouse, thanks, those sound great! I noticed both cars have the panel between the lights painted black, was that done independently or planned together?

That is just the perfect look, in my opinion.

Good numbers! Looks like Ford has made sure to give us a STOUT 300 HORSES based upon the dyno's that are coming in and the track times we've been seeing.

I went there yesterday with a buddy of mine with a completely stock 2003 Mach 1. He dyno just sightly higher than me (+7 hp and +9 tq). And while we were driving there we caught a light together, so obviously we ran 'em. We were pretty much dead even through 3rd gear when we got out of it. The 05 Stang and the Mach 1 seem to be pretty much identical in power.

Great videos! I still can't decide if I like the magnaflow or bassani exhaust better. I heard a JBA system and it sounds kick ass also.

So, judging by the second dyno numbers it is about 312 crank hp and 336 crank lb-ft tq. Not bad for something rated at 300hp/320, however I would have hoped for a bit more being you changed the mufflers. It isn't underrated as much as the Cobras, my '03 dynoed 413 crank hp before cat back and 421 after. Still, atleast they underrate them.

The dyno of the Magnaflow C/B that we did this weekend revealed a Whopping 0.5 hp increase. Like many have said before... you are not going to get much gains from a cat-back on the '05s. The pipes are mandrel bent and are not that restrictive. The cat-back exhaust is more of a sight-and-sound mod.
