Best case scenario is wiring to top motor has bad connection. More likely the motor quit. The little electric motor lives below the convertible top when it’s in the down position

I wish I could be more help but I don’t really do electrical aside from the really simple. With the top up you can remove the cover behind the rear seat to get to the motor. From there I don’t really know what to do with it. Does your top leak? I had an 04 vert and it leaked. If I left it out in heavy rain my stereo and top wouldn’t work until it dried out. The old Mach audio system put the amp back there with the top motor. If yours leaks you may be looking at water damage.
