I was under the impression that Shinoda had to use the word Shinoda with Boss, but Ford could legally still use Boss by itself. I remember being told this from a credible source. In fact, they're using the Boss name for one of their engines already.

you are correct but we have been working with ford to help people understand that no one is allowed to use Boss with out ford permission and we have it
Since this post was started, I've learned that there will be a 5.8 liter engine for the stangs instead of the 6.2. The 351 is comming back, however, the boss edition mustang is supost to be a 302, a stroked 4.6.
