Best bet is to call where you plan to buy the adapter and ask them for the correct one for the wheel and car. Im sure it can be done.
I forget of sparco uses the same 6-bolt pattern as the Momo does, but if it doesn't there are adapters. In that case, the wheel alone will bolt to a Momo hub for a fox.
ususlly quick releases bolt to a hub, so you need the wheel, the hub, and if desired the QR. That all stacked up pushes the wheel quite close to your face. I really don't think you need a QR on a street car. It gets old the first couple tim you unhook your wheel, you lose horn and cruise, and that wheel gives you leg clearance anyway.

It looks nice, but seems expensive for what it is. Sparco, Momo and others make nice racing wheels. If you are using it on the street and want a horn button, you can get racing wheels with those pretty easily. There are also companies that make Ford/Mustang specific horn buttons for those wheels.
When you buy racing steering wheels, the offset of the wheel and thickness of the quick release matters. You may mount it and find it too close to your controls so your knuckles hit the turn signal. You may also have a reach farther than your finger to it. Or too close or far from your body. You can add a spacer, but you're better off mounting the hub first and figuring out where you want the wheel. Then you can figure out if you want a wheel with offset, spacer, thick/thin quick release etc.
