You will gain power in the upper RPM range with minimal loss of power down low.
Because you have an automatic Ford Racing notes that the Boss 302 intake manifold does not have provisions for aspirator tube that is equipped on 11-14 GTs.
You might also want to check to see if your cold air intake will work with the intake manifold because it will sit a little higher than the stock manifold.

I have the jlt cai so im pretty sure it will fit so in the long run the boss intake is not worth it or will not work

Most of the power that you gain is going to be up in the upper RPM range so if you see a lot of time at wide open throttle and crave more top end power I would think it would be a worthwhile investment.

Just remember that you do need to modify your intake for the respirator tube.

yeah i dont think i would be up at the higher rpm but later on that would be a mod i look into but what i wonder most is it true the gt tranny (MT82) is horrible that messes up alot
