Ok, im a broke college kid...sanding my car down for paint. Paint job is gonna cost around $600-700 and ALOT of labor. Im test fiting the Saleen front I got for FREE from my neighbor...and after a little tweaking its starting to fit pretty good. Im only scared that after I do all this work, im gonna hit this on something and its going to crack. Should I cough up the extra dough for urethane? How long does ABC take to ship, because time IS A BIG ISSUE HERE!!

ps. the free one is urethane.

I would advise against the fiberglass...my side skirts are fiberglass and it is a pain in the a**. I have had to repair and repaint them at least 3 times now. I say spend a little more money, get the urethane bumper, spend a little time making it fit great, and not have to worry about it cracking. You can still crack a urethane bumper, but it takes ALOT more to do so, like a wreck.

i have experience w/ ABC's urethane front bumper--i've put that thing through some SERIOUS abuse, and it's still holding up structurally. there's a crack i put it when i slammed a curb (the infamous accident) and it's still holding up!
