He probably just bought the car from some guy with those mods already on the car. The guys filming seem to get him to answer questions he didn't know or understang how to answer them and then when he thought he gave them the answer they wanted to hear, they make fun of him. He repeadtly told them he didn't know what it ran in the 1/4 so he finally tells 10s probably just to shut them up and he probably meant anywhere from 10-19 range. Now if the guy in the gt was talking **** in the first place, then yeah he deserves to be made a jackass but we didn't get that from the video.
