Im going 4.10 in my car. I'll probably go FMS since I have had no problems in the past with them. I'll also do the rebuild kit while there doing them. Possibly an aluminum driveshaft but there mucho money now. How much is the speed cal?

As for the torque improvement... you could take engine tq x 1st gear ratio x rear gear ratio and get your torque to the tires... but its all relative anyways. Just take your current gear ratio (like 3.27) / new gear ratio (4.10) = 20+ % more torque

speed cal is around $100.

the 4.10's are great you'll love them if you don't mind the extra shifting and a few more trips to the rubber shop

I just tested it, getting 130kb/sec. Seems to be ok.
