4.6 Head questions

I've read that my 1996 heads can out flow the 1999+ PI heads with new Camshafts.....What all would i need to do to change the camshafts and what would be a good Choice....Thanks This is the Flow Chart

Would these numbers Change if i shaved the heads?

Right there is the Flow chart saying that a port an polished NPI head with .550 lift out flows the PI heads ported and polished. What I wanna know is what all is need to changed the Cams.....Anyone got a used set up PI heads to sale? thanks
