5.0 Emblem

where the heck I find one, where the . is silver and not red?
I want to take off the cobra ones...I have googled all over

Your best bet would probably be to grab some silver nail polish and paint over the red....

They are supposed to be red.

It's a decal on the OEM emblems, so some people have been creative with colored decal overlays and such. I believe I removed the red out of mine completely.

thanks man....would any auto parts store carry that sort of stuff?

Nope...not kidding. If you remove the red its chrome underneath. Nail polish self levels and comes in a thousand different types of silver. It is acrylic enamel....and a 3 year old can paint with it.

Even comes with its own brush

No idea. Hobby shop might? Really you just need a small silver decal sheet like this

Exacto knife out the small square you need and apply.

I'd check out local hobby shops, or just use nail polish.

And it looks fabulous!

A guy I used to know who worked on arcade games used the stuff like Loctite on the plastic threads.
