Sorry again if i'm doing this wrong, this is my second post. Anyway, I have a 1998 gt with a 5.4L 4v in it but it has a 4.6L oil pan. How much oil should I put in it for oil changes and whatnot?
IF you think about it, it's the oil pan itself that determines how much oil is needed. Why? Because the level is set to a certain distance from the bottom skirt of the block. So the amount of oil that reaches that level will be the same. The fact this is a different motor has no bearing on the issue.
