Is it at all possible to use 4.6 heads on a 5.4 block, also if so what other parts would i need that would be diff from whats on the 4.6, is all this worth it, if not would stroking the 4.6 be worth it the motor is out of the car right now anyways

The 4.6 and 5.4 heads are the same head.

The 5.4 would be better than long stroking a 4.6. The 5.4 fits with a different than stock hood!

Makes more low end torque and power than a 4.6!!
