If I had the money I would install a Cobra intake. I have ASP aluminum underdrive pullies and think they were a good mod but if had 500 bucks an intake would be my choice because the lower on our cars is pretty restrictive not to mention the Cobra intake looks cool

I still can't believe I sold the upper & lower intake from my P-engine.
Of course, that was well before I got the '95, so I can't hate myself too much.

BTW, do you have to remove the strut tower brace to fit an Explorer intake?

lower that sucker! You should be able to find a decent set of springs/shocks/struts for that price, it makes the car look and drive sooooo much better. My 0.02

Pulleys
Explorer intake
Shifter with end stops for T5
Used set of GT40 or GT40p heads

BTW--I installed my heads and had the stock intake. I went 0.4sec faster at the track. The intake went on later and was worth another 0.36sec faster at the track.

The stock strut tower brace only works with the stock intake so it will have to come off with any other intake manifold.

I would not really call 14.08 N/A FAST...

12.7s N/A...thats closer to fast...

And all this coming from me, a guy that is probably running 14.7s...

You don't specify a category so I will pick one for you

Power Category

To me ... It is always my #1 priority over lookin good with:

wheels/tires
billet doo dads
high dollar shift knobs
lowered stance
etc, etc, etc

I go around corners with the stock setup better than I ever have before
so that too ... is way down on my priority list.

I'm tryin to say if bucks spent won't make me more power ... They won't
be spent by me for those kinds of things until I have the power :Word:

I don't care for juice ... but ... It can be found for around that amount

If staying NA and if you wanna make a good bit of power ..............

I'd go for a nice after market intake

Well Kansas, seeing as I don't see an ET in your sig I would have to assume your 95 Mustang has not made an official run down the 1/4 mile with a timeslip.

Why don't you take it down to a track and run it?

Then, Let us know if a low 14sec pass on your current setup is fast or not for 94-95 GT.
