This is a stock z-bar from a '66 which I modified to improve the movement and tighten up the slop in the original design. I switched to a T-5 with a hydraulic setup and don't need this any long. With a simple modification to the clutch peddle, it drops right in. The bar going through the firewall is an aluminium rod with threaded ends.
