Check CJ Pony parts (emustang.com). They just introduced and are supposedly selling door glass for various years. Be sure to be sitting down when it comes time to pay--IIRC door glass is around $450 each.
I have heard that a mild toothpaste will work as a polish on glass. Never tried it though. Check with eastwood company, they used to sell a glass polishing kit.
They have ALL of the glass available! This has been long overdue. I wonder about the thickness of the glass though as I've heard others say that repro glass is thinner and harder to seal.
