Anybody see that low-mileage (23K) 77 T-Top White/Red 302 Auto Cobra II come and go for $11,000 on ebay yesterday?

Who knew that a clean, unmolested low-mileage Cobra II would land that kind of coin? Anybody see one recently in this kind of shape bring more $$$?

Item shows no bids and auction ended early by seller. I suspect he had second thoughts about parting with it!

I saw the auction hours after it came up. It had no buy it now, and had a 7k starting bid. I e-mailed the seller asking some questions and requesting more pics. I was pretty set on buying it, but wanted to hear more. He answered my questions, and the next morning I called him to buy it and it was already sold. He said a guy offered him 11k for it and was coming to buy it Sunday. I was pretty bummed, but that's life. It did give me the shot in the arm I needed to get back to work on the Thundersnake though . Been working on it all day.
