I just bought this car and the fuel gauge reads zero most of the time as well as the low fuel light in the console. When you completely fill the car, it reads full for a couple of gallons then drops to zero again. I'm thinking it's the fuel sending unit since both the gauge and low fuel light are affected, but I'm unsure about what to order. The sending units I'm finding on line say they are not compatible with the CFI because they have an electric fuel pump. Does that mean the sending unit is in the pump? What is the correct part to order and replace? Thanks.
