93 gas

ive been getting really bad gas mileage with 87 so if i switch to 93 for like a tank will it give me better mileage for that one tank? and is it safe to do?

There is no point to doing that and no it will not help your gas mileage.

What will help is basic preventitive maintenance. Get out in the garage and DO IT.

93 octane will not give you better gas milage. It won't give you more power, it won't do anything except drain your wallet faster.

93 octane is for forced induction cars or cars with high compression. The GT is neither so 87 is perfect.

You actually make more power with 87 octane. Don't beleive the "Higher octane" is better marketing strategy.

oh ulright cause this jerk was telling me to use 93 because 87 makes it run bad haha

the garage told my mom to run 89 instead of 87 in her stratus and it runs better now. doesnt miss any more, etc.

I dont have a sister but my brother might think different maybee you were drinking a little too much of whats in your avatar that night


BTW.....really do you have a long driveway or somthing? Is that how you get to drive?
