Does anyone know if I can fit a vortech supercharger kit off of a 93 onto a 94?

95 was the last year of the 5.0.. So from 1987-1995, all the engines are identicle, and can interchange parts..

I asked this question the other day and the consensus was it wasn't worth it to transfer it over. You are better off trying to find a kit specifically for a 94-95.

Not all stuff is identical. For instance, the upper intake manifold (as well as the lower plenum I think) is different, as is the throttle body, the inlet tube, and I think the valve covers are different. Hoses are different too. That's all I can think of for now.

As for the original question, the plumbing for the 93 SC is gonna be quite a bit different than that of a 94. You would either have to do custom fabbing, or buy a mounting kit for a 94, you'd be better off just buying a kit made for a 94. I know, because I asked this exact same question sometime last summer.

The brackets and tensioner are different as well as the crank pulley.
You will need 94-95 mounting brackets, discgarge tube and re-clock the head unit to the 94 position.

My brother has been sending them to me.
I wait a awhile before using them to make sure they don't belong to someone else.
