94' Steering wheel on a 88GT?

94' Steering wheel on a 88GT?
does it fit? airbag n' everything..?

Shouldn't. Different splines on the column shaft.

well the guy who sold it to me said you could swap them.. but i guess not many ppl here know much about these cars.. nice to have this forum!

I know they fit the 90-93 airbag columns. There are a couple of guys with them. I plan to put one in my 87, but if I need to I will probably swap columns with a guy that has a 92 and wants a non airbag wheel. Here is a pic of one from one of the guys on here:

does this require any modifications to work, or is it 'plug and play'? Cruise buttons and horn work too?

From what I have gathered in my research, the 93 is a direct fit. Ford changed the wiring harness for 93 to the same as the SN95. The 90-92 have a different plug for the airbag and such, so you have to change over to the same kind of plugs for the horn, cruise, and airbag to work on a 90-92.

forgot to mention my 88 has complete interior from a 91.. that might help.. has airbag n' everything..

was told it was plug 'n play.. but might be some wiring.. i guess as long as its not more then the plugs that dont fit its capable..
